What is a One-Sheeter in Real Estate?
A one-sheeter is a single-page flyer that can be used to advertise an open house or another real estate event. These flyers are usually printed on 8 1/2 x 11 paper stock and come with the option to add photos and text. They can also be used as door hangers, but, typically, they bullet point all of the property’s essential features and amenities.
How do I use them?
Once you download these customizable templates, you can enter your property’s information and your business’s information, as well as the date and time for your next open house. Print and distribute, and there you go!
