This acquisition brings together two of the world’s biggest names in real estate marketing and will provide real estate agents, real estate brokerages, and PropTech companies worldwide with an expansive global network of professional photographers, advanced technology and integration capabilities, and the most cutting-edge visual marketing content and services available.
Denver-based technology startup Virtuance was co-founded by Jeff Corn in 2010 with the goal of supplying real estate professionals with high-quality photography and visual marketing that enable homeowners to achieve their financial goals. Virtuance now partners with some of the largest names in real estate, serves more than 45,000 real estate agents nationwide across 37 cities, and has helped more than half a million home buyers and sellers envision their futures.

Corn and the entire Virtuance team will remain in their roles, and management and founders for both Virtuance and Diakrit will continue to hold significant ownership in the combined group. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
