The website’s enhancements include:

• The ability to see your complete order history (previously you were limited to the last 5 orders). Soon we’ll allow you to make modifications to all of your orders directly through your online account – need to add to an order on the fly? Need to change tomorrow’s order to later in the day? Soon you’ll be able to do this all from the web – even from your cell phone. Stay tuned for these upcoming features!
• Enhanced billing options allow you to store multiple credit cards on file so you can choose different payment methods for different properties.
• Overhauled image gallery allows you to see HDReal® Images of specific property types so you can see how properties similar to your latest listing were marketed.  Want to see what a luxury listing looks like at twilight? Or how a vacant entry-level property turns out in HDReal®? Check out the new gallery page and filter to the properties you’d like to see!
• Robust FAQ and Tutorials, to ensure that you have the information you need when you need it. Can’t remember how to download images? Need a tutorial on how to upload to your specific MLS? The new FAQ will help you out of a jam.  Of course, our awesome Client Services Team is happy to help you on the phone as always!

The new www.virtuance.com has also paved the way for a host of additional upcoming improvements that you’ll see in the coming months. Perhaps most exciting will be our introduction of real-time online scheduling…imagine being at a listing appointment and confirming the time and date for a photo shoot from your smart phone before the ink is even dry on your listing agreement!
