We are thrilled to be supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on their 2017 Denver Dream Home Giveaway. Built by Oakwood Homes, the 2017 Dream Home is 3,400 square feet and features four bedrooms, 2.5r bathrooms, covered balcony, wet bar, quartz countertops, and a three-car garage in Commerce City, CO.

Contestants purchase tickets for a chance to win a wonderful home with the proceeds helping St. Jude treat young patients with catastrophic diseases. Virtuance donated its HDReal® real estate photography services to support the marketing of the home. In 2016, the giveaway raised more than $1,300,000 for St. Jude, and they’re hoping to exceed that number this year.
