30-SECOND ELEVATOR PITCH FOR THE POSITION:
The Photography Team Growth Specialist is an in-office position at our Denver Headquarters. The role is heavily relied upon to ensure we are recruiting the most talented photographers across the county as well as ensuring we have sufficient availability from our team of photographers to support real estate agent’s scheduling needs. The Growth Specialist will work directly with the Photography Management Team, photographers around the country, and the thousands of applicants who apply each year.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We are seeking a creative, resourceful, process-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate professional to join our Photography Management Team to plan and execute core business processes in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, has experience hiring and growing teams, curiosity in photography, and an ability to think outside the box, all while sincerely having our company’s best interest at heart.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Reply via email to all applications and applicant questions
- Conduct virtual in-person interviews
- Manage the Onboarding Process of all new photographers
- Assist in our national expansion and the opening of new markets
- Oversee photography team and product availability by market
- Conduct training sessions with new and existing photographers
- Ensure all photographers successfully pass a knowledge and onsite assessment
- Occasionally be an after-hours contact for photographers

- Knowledge of real estate a plus.
- Able to pass drug screen and background check.
