Client Success Training Manager

Joanie spent most of her childhood as an Air Force brat in Germany. After returning to America, she completed a BA in Music Therapy at the University of North Dakota and worked as a Board Certified Music Therapist for several years, including a stint at the State of Colorado Psychiatric Hospital at Ft. Logan.

Helping people is in Joanie’s DNA, so when choosing to change careers, she was excited at the opportunity to jump into a Client Services role at Virtuance. She’s glad to be a part of the Virtuance team, where she’s eager to help real estate agents get the most out of working with Virtuance.

She enjoys spending time exploring Colorado with her husband and two black labs while still making time to pursue her passions for visual and musical art.
