Virtuance Wins Fifth Place in Denver Business Journal’s Small Business Awards

Virtuance, one of the nation’s leading real estate marketing and photography providers, received fifth place in Denver Business Journal’s Small Business Awards.

The award recognizes the substantial growth Virtuance has experienced since their founding in 2010. One of the biggest contributors to this growth has been a sound organizational structure that has allowed Virtuance to expand rapidly over the past seven years.

“In the service business, having sound infrastructure is by far the largest challenge,” said Jeff Corn, Co-Founder and CEO of Virtuance. “We’re confident we have systems in place to allow us to scale even further.”

Another key to Virtuance’s success has been the creation of their proprietary HDReal® Imaging System, which creates real estate photography that uses artificially intelligent algorithms to consistently produce the most effective real estate imagery available. HDReal® Imagery is proven to sell properties more than 45% faster and 75% closer to the asking price than other professional solutions. Virtuance has been rapidly expanding the availability of its service and currently offers HDReal® Imagery in 16 major U.S. metropolitan areas. Virtuance also provides virtual tours, brochure design, interactive floorplans, 360° panoramas, and additional marketing solutions for their clients.
