30-SECOND ELEVATOR PITCH FOR THE POSITION:<\/span><\/p>\n

The Photography Team Growth Specialist is an in-office position at our Denver Headquarters. The role is heavily relied upon to ensure we are recruiting the most talented photographers across the county as well as ensuring we have sufficient availability from our team of photographers to support real estate agent\u2019s scheduling needs. The Growth Specialist will work directly with the Photography Management Team, photographers around the country, and the thousands of applicants who apply each year. <\/span><\/p>\n

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:<\/span><\/p>\n

We are seeking a creative, resourceful, process-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate professional to join our Photography Management Team to plan and execute core business processes in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, has experience hiring and growing teams, curiosity in photography, and an ability to think outside the box, all while sincerely having our company\u2019s best interest at heart.<\/span><\/p>\n
