Virtuance has set a new standard for Real Estate photography quality and efficiency, and is looking to work with talented and creative team players.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/tours.virtuance.com\/public\/vtour\/display\/62993?a=1#!\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tour Our Office and Meet our Team!<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>THE POSITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Virtuance is seeking an Image Processing Specialist with expertise in digital photo developing and image retouching in Adobe Photoshop and\/or Lightroom. This role involves reviewing and providing Quality Assurance for all real estate and architectural photography images generated by our proprietary automated image processing system. Some images require manual retouching and other Photoshop work.<\/p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. You\u2019ll be working with a team dedicated to providing the best photographs and customer service in the business while being provided with on the job training in a position with tremendous growth potential.<\/p>\n<p>This position is located at our office head quarters in Denver, Colorado<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educational and Employment experience in image processing and photo retouching<\/li>\n<li>A highly refined aesthetic eye to ensure high quality in image deliverables and consistency across all image media<\/li>\n<li>A passion for digital image enhancement, processing, and retouching<\/li>\n<li>The ability to develop presets and actions that increase workflow efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Responsible and dependable with a strong work ethic<\/li>\n<li>Team Player that doesn\u2019t know the meaning of \u201cthat\u2019s not my job.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ATTRIBUTES THAT WILL GET YOU FAR IN THIS ROLE AND THE COMPANY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong technical aptitude, experience in Google Apps, solid digital file management skills; proven ability to learn new systems quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Creative, resourceful, process-focused, detail-oriented, efficiency driven.<\/li>\n<li>Strong alignment with Company <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.virtuance.com\/about\/our-values\/\" target=\"_blank\">Values<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Taking pride in making clients happy, demonstrating accountability and ownership of any issues.<\/li>\n<li>Able to pass drug screen and background check.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>WHAT THIS POSITION IS NOT:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>This is not a graphic design role<\/li>\n<li>This is not a photography role<\/li>\n<li>This is not a client services role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an hourly employment opportunity.
