For these especially, I love walking the neighborhood and inviting neighbors. They\u2019ve usually been driving or walking by the property for weeks watching the project from afar, and are antsy to get inside and see the final product.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also try placing open house flyers with<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.virtuance.com\/gallery\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">beautiful images<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of your listing on bulletin boards around the community; in recreational centers, grocery stores, etc. This exposure helps get the open house on the community\u2019s radar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>*Sometimes you can get caught up in the latest marketing trends. If you&#8217;re feeling overwhelmed, consider <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.virtuance.com\/blog\/back-to-the-basics-marketing-for-real-estate\/\">going back to the basics<\/a><\/span>.
