Target your audience<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inman.com\/2017\/12\/05\/why-you-should-build-your-brand-around-your-ideal-client\/\">Targeting your ideal clients<\/a>\u00a0helps you create marketing materials geared toward their needs in real estate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you are speaking to a single group of people in your efforts, you are more likely to strike a nerve, solve a problem or connect on a deeper level.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The biggest benefit of targeting your audience is that, if you know who you are looking for, it\u2019s much easier to find them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2.
